The OS Series Oil Absorbing Filter Bag is engineered for high-efficiency hydrocarbon removal in demanding industrial and environmental applications. Built with multi-layer polypropylene media and proprietary polymer layers, these bags offer up to 10 times greater adsorption capacity compared to standard polypropylene filters. Capable of removing free and dispersed oils as well as oil emulsions, the OS Series provides superior oil polishing performance in a wide range of systems.

Performance Parameters

• Size 4: Holds up to 0.34 L oil, recommended flow <5 GPM

• Size 2: Holds up to 1.42 L oil, recommended flow 5–10 GPM

• Size 12: Holds up to 1.95 L oil, recommended flow 10–15 GPM

Construction Materials

• Filter media: 100% polypropylene

• Bag styles: Stainless steel ring, molded polypropylene top (RPO), or Poly-Lock® (POL)

• Multi-layer adsorption media with barrier to prevent media migration
