The Rosedale Model 42 Standard Multi-Bag Filter Housing is a heavy-duty, high-capacity vessel designed for large industrial liquid filtration systems. With 17 Size #2 filter bags and 74.8 sq. ft. of total filtering area, the Model 42 provides significantly greater flow and contaminant-holding capacity than smaller multi-bag housings while consolidating filtration into a single vessel.

The standard housing design uses Rosedale’s davit arm and handwheel cover system to assist with cover removal and provide full access to the bag chamber. Each filter bag is supported by a heavy-duty 30" deep basket with 9/64" perforations, providing secure support throughout operation.

Flow & Sizing

The 1,700 GPM rating is a nominal housing flow rate based on water at approximately 1 PSI clean-housing pressure drop. Actual system flow and pressure drop depend heavily on inlet/outlet size, fluid viscosity, selected filter bag media and micron rating, and expected contaminant loading.
