The FPVWL Filter is constructed with a hydrophilic, high-capacity PVDF membrane and is engineered for bioburden control, clarification, and prefiltration in aqueous applications. Designed for aggressive liquids and high-throughput processes, FPVWL filters deliver consistent performance from laboratory scale to full production. With broad chemical compatibility and reliable bacteria retention, these filters are widely used across beverage, water, and aseptic processing environments.

Sterilization & Cleaning:
• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles (cartridge), 5+ cycles (capsule)
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles (cartridge)
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, and other standard sanitants
