The GCWPSX Capsule Filter is a general service, high-capacity PES membrane filter designed for economical clarification and fine particle removal in less critical applications. Available with either a single or dual layer of hydrophilic PES, GCWPSX provides high throughput and retention with low binding characteristics—ideal for reducing contaminants early in the process to extend the life of downstream filters.

Constructed using FDA- and EC-compliant materials, GCWPSX is a cost-effective choice for filtering aqueous liquids, including process water, chemicals, and cleaning solutions.

• Forward Pressure Limit: 80 psid at 68 °F
• Reverse Pressure Limit: 50 psid at 68 °F
• Recommended Changeout: 35 psid

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, etc.
