The FCWPSX Filter is a high-capacity Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane filter designed for the food and beverage industry. Available in both single and dual-layer configurations, it is used to reduce particulates in beer, wine, water, and juice processing lines, especially during clarification and prefiltration before bottling or sterilization steps.

This hydrophilic filter features low binding characteristics for high flow and throughput, while protecting downstream filters from premature fouling. Available in cartridge and capsule formats, all devices use identical materials to ensure performance consistency from lab scale to full production.

• Max Operating Temp (Water): 180 °F at 30 psid (cartridge), 110 °F at 30 psid (capsule)
• Forward Pressure Limit: 80 psid at 68 °F
• Reverse Pressure Limit: 50 psid at 68 °F
• Recommended Changeout: 35 psid

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, etc.
