The BPSX Capsule Filter is a versatile Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane filter designed for bioburden control, clarification, and prefiltration of aqueous fluids where sterilization is not required. Available in single or dual-layer configurations, it adapts to a wide range of process needs—delivering excellent flow rates, high throughput, and reliable protection of final filters.

The optional integrated prefilter layer captures larger particulates and microbial loads, extending the life of downstream filters and improving process efficiency. Each capsule is flushed to reduce extractables and 100% integrity tested to ensure performance.

• Compatible with standard chemical sanitizers including hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, and sodium hypochlorite

• Rinsed to meet USP <643> TOC and <645> conductivity limits
