The BCWPSX Capsule Filter is a high-capacity clarification and prefiltration solution constructed with a single or an optional dual-layer polyethersulfone (PES) membrane. Designed for aqueous fluids with high particulate loads, it offers superior retention and extended service life compared to traditional depth filters.

An optional integrated PES prefilter layer is available for dual-layer configurations, allowing the BCWPSX to act as two prefilters in one compact capsule—reducing the number of housings required and streamlining filtration setups. With low binding characteristics, it performs exceptionally well with fluids containing proteins, preservatives, and biological components.

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclavable at 250 °F (121 °C) for 30 minutes, up to 25+ cycles

• Compatible with hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, and other common chemical sanitizers

• Flushed to meet USP <643> TOC and <645> conductivity limits
