The FPD Filter is built with pleated polypropylene depth media, engineered for high-capacity clarification and prefiltration in food, beverage, and industrial applications. Its graded density design ensures 99.9% retention efficiency while enabling high throughput and extended service life, even in challenging liquid streams.

With low extractables and FDA-compliant construction, FPD is a reliable option for filtering water, food ingredients, cosmetics, chemicals, and gases. These filters scale seamlessly from lab testing to full-scale production using identical materials to ensure performance consistency.

• Recommended Changeout: 35 psid

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, etc.
