The PPSX Capsule Filter features a dual-layer Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, validated for sterilizing aqueous solutions in demanding applications. Designed for high retention, low extractables, and low protein binding, PPSX delivers enhanced security and consistent performance from lab scale to full production.

Available in pore sizes from 0.03 to 1.2 µm, PPSX filters are ideal for critical processes involving vaccines, biologicals, diagnostics, ophthalmics, and more. Each capsule is integrity tested and available pre-sterilized.

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with standard chemical sanitizers
