The BNMX Capsule Filter features a high-performance Nylon 6,6 membrane designed for bioburden control and fine particle removal in water, solvents, and aqueous solutions. With broad chemical compatibility and strong microbial retention, it is an excellent prefiltration option before sterilizing-grade filters.

Available in pore sizes from 0.10 to 0.65 µm, the BNMX delivers high flow, long service life, and consistency from lab to production scale. Each unit is flushed to reduce extractables and integrity tested to ensure optimal performance.

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclavable at 250 °F (121 °C) for 30 minutes, up to 25+ cycles

• Compatible with standard chemical sanitization methods, including hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid
