The PTRX Capsule Filter features a hydrophobic Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane designed for the sterilization of gases and venting applications. With a validated 0.22 µm pore size, PTRX filters offer high air flow and low pressure drop, making them ideal for protecting critical process environments from airborne contaminants.

Each PTRX filter is individually integrity tested using the water intrusion method to ensure consistent, reliable performance. Suitable for applications ranging from compressed air and gas filtration to fermentation air and tank venting.

• Recommended Changeout Pressure: 35 psid (2.41 bard)

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 5+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Chemical Sanitization: Compatible with hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, and other standard agents
