The HLPX Capsule Filter utilizes high-loft pleated polypropylene depth media to deliver excellent retention of oversized particles while maintaining high flow rates. This design is ideal for filtering liquids with heavy particulate loads, such as CMP slurries, buffers, and solvents, providing long service life and protecting downstream filters.

Built to meet strict cleanliness standards, the HLPX offers consistent performance from lab to production scale while conforming to industry requirements for extractables and water purity.

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, etc.
