The FNMX Filter is constructed with absolute-rated Nylon 6,6 membrane and is engineered for the removal of bacteria, yeast, and mold in high-purity applications. Designed to comply with FDA food contact requirements, FNMX filters are optimized for non-fermenting liquids and water-based processes in beverage and food production.

Each filter is flushed to reduce extractables and undergoes 100% integrity testing. FNMX devices scale from lab to full production while maintaining consistent performance and material composition.

• Max Operating Temp (Water): 180 °F at 30 psid (cartridge), 110 °F at 30 psid (capsule)
• Forward Pressure Limit: 80 psid at 68 °F
• Reverse Pressure Limit: 50 psid at 68 °F
• Recommended Changeout: 35 psid

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, etc.
