The DPPSX Capsule Filter is a dual-layer Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane filter engineered for precise bacterial retention in high-purity liquid filtration. It combines a high-capacity bioburden prefilter and a validated sterilizing-grade final filter, both customizable by pore size to meet unique process demands.

DPPSX filters are ideal when retention performance, filter longevity, and consistency across scale are critical. Their low protein and preservative binding characteristics make them especially effective for sensitive biological products. Filters are flushed to reduce extractables, 100% integrity tested, and available pre-sterilized.

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles

• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min

• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, and other chemical sanitization agents
