PTFE Membrane Capsules

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) Capsule Filters use a highly hydrophobic fluoropolymer membrane designed for excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and reliable filtration of gases, vents, solvents, and aggressive non-aqueous fluids. PTFE is commonly used for tank vent filtration, process gas filtration, sterile air applications, and filtration of harsh chemicals where membrane compatibility is critical. These capsule filters are well-suited for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, electronics, chemical processing, and general industrial applications that require dependable retention and broad solvent resistance. Pre-wetted PTFE options are also available for aqueous fluid applications.
