Nano-Spun Polypropylene Depth Media Capsules
Nano-spun polypropylene depth filters provide highly efficient clarification and prefiltration for applications with elevated contaminant loading. Manufactured using graded-density polypropylene fibers, these filters offer exceptional dirt-holding capacity while maintaining 99% retention at their rated pore size, helping protect downstream membrane filters and improve overall process efficiency. Available in pore sizes from 0.5 to 100 microns, NSPD filters combine broad chemical compatibility, low extractables, and reliable performance across laboratory, pilot, and production-scale operations. Ideal applications include high-purity chemicals, fermentation broths, wine, beer, juices, biological fluids, inks, dyes, CMP slurries, and water purification systems.
Pore sizes range from 0.5 to 100 µm.
